About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams while ensuring the successful execution of product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with European & US clients in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Guide Agile teams in adopting Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and ROI.
- Track sprint progress, identify impediments, and proactively remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource planning while driving mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and expectations effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate business requirements into actionable development plans.
- Support product releases, feature rollouts, and continuous product enhancements.
- Use Agile metrics and performance data to improve delivery efficiency and team productivity.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Stay updated with Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and emerging industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software product development.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing Agile teams delivering web or software products.
- Experience working directly with European & US clients and distributed/global teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile frameworks, Sprint Planning, Velocity Tracking, and Agile metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership and international clients.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital product development is highly preferred.
- Exposure to product management and roadmap planning.
- Understanding of UX/UI design processes and customer-centric product development.
- Experience working in globally distributed Agile teams.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and Agile reporting.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
