We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals in both fresh (builder) projects and resale properties across Noida and Greater Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, social media, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Understand clients’ investment and residential requirements.
- Present suitable fresh and resale property options.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, and property owners.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate documentation, booking, loan assistance, and registration formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Update CRM with client interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Noida and Greater Noida real estate market is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Confidence in handling HNI and investor clients.
- Ability to work on weekends with a weekly off on weekdays.
- Own vehicle is an added advantage.
