Medical Representative – Doctor Channel

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to build doctor relationships, drive referrals, support patient counselling, and grow revenue through partner hospitals and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate referrals and patient enrollments.
- Counsel patients on healthcare programs and services.
- Coordinate hospital events, camps, and screenings.
- Maintain CRM records and activity reports.
- Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Representation, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, or Patient Counselling.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
