Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect – Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) to lead enterprise GRC and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow architectures while serving as the subject matter expert for IRM and providing guidance across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture
- Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow IRM applications including:
- Policy & Compliance
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Business Continuity Management
Strategic Implementation
- Translate business and compliance requirements (ISO, NIST, GDPR, SOX) into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure GRC implementation follows ServiceNow best practices.
Cross-Module Integration
- Design integrations between IRM and:
- ITSM
- SecOps
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Integrate with third-party tools such as:
- Tenable
- Qualys
- Archer
Technical Leadership
- Mentor development teams.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Drive ServiceNow platform roadmap and technical delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership and compliance teams.
- Translate technical capabilities into business risk outcomes.
Platform Governance
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and upgrade readiness.
- Minimize technical debt and maintain platform health.
Required QualificationsExperience
- 10+ years of total IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow experience
- Experience leading at least 3 end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- ServiceNow IRM/GRC Suite
- Policy & Compliance
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM
- Experience with:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- REST/SOAP integrations
Mandatory Certifications
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- CIS-RC OR CIS-VRM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ITSM / ITOM / SecOps
- Exposure to Now Assist / GenAI / Predictive Intelligence
- Certifications such as:
- CISA
- CISM
- CRISC
- CISSP
- Migration experience from RSA Archer / MetricStream
