BrightCHAMPS is looking for a proactive and dependable IT & Office Administration Executive to support the smooth functioning of our Bangalore office. This is a full-time, on-site role combining workplace administration with basic IT support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be practical, organized, flexible, and capable of handling both office operations and day-to-day IT coordination in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations.
- Ensure office cleanliness, hygiene, and overall workplace readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility-related requirements.
- Provide on-ground support for employee and workplace-related needs.
- Handle basic IT administration and employee account management.
- Activate and deactivate employee accounts on platforms such as Zoho and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate with internal teams for IT support and troubleshooting.
- Assist employees with basic system, login, and access-related concerns.
- Ensure smooth coordination of workplace and operational activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in administration or IT support is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Candidates based in Bangalore and familiar with local routes and operations will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT support, Google Workspace, Zoho, and user account handling.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to operational requirements.
