We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day club operations smoothly
- Lead, train, and supervise staff members
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Plan events, promotions, and entertainment activities
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and legal compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, nightlife, or club management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and customer service

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
