- Plan and execute daily, weekly & monthly production schedules
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing of Rotary Air Lock Valves
- Handle manpower allocation, productivity, attendance & shop-floor discipline
- Plan raw-material requirements and coordinate with Purchase & Stores
- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, fit-up, welding & grinding
- Ensure production as per approved drawings, dimensions & specifications
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, Stores & Dispatch teams
- Monitor WIP, production targets, bottlenecks, rework & rejection
- Coordinate machining activities and ensure components meet specifications
- Maintain production reports, material consumption & WIP records
- Control material wastage, rejection and production losses
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools & fixtures
- Implement 5S, safety and shop-floor discipline
- Drive productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction and manufacturing efficiency

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
