We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and persuasive Seminar Presenter to represent our organization at seminars, webinars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, presenting the company's vision, mission, products, and services, and creating meaningful interactions that build trust and drive participation.
The candidate should possess excellent public speaking skills, strong stage presence, and the ability to manage both physical and virtual audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation & Public Speaking
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs for students and parents.
- Host and manage webinars, online sessions, and virtual events.
- Present the company's vision, mission, values, and offerings in a compelling and professional manner.
- Deliver engaging presentations tailored to different audience groups.
- Address audience questions and concerns confidently and professionally.
Audience Engagement
- Build rapport with students, parents, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Create interactive and engaging sessions that encourage participation.
- Manage audience interactions, discussions, and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain audience attention through effective storytelling and communication techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong public speaking and stage management abilities.
- Ability to engage large audiences, both online and offline.
- Confidence in interacting with students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and answer questions effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently for seminars and events.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
