Job Summary:
The Center Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the center. The role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring student satisfaction, achieving admissions targets, and maintaining high academic and administrative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual admission targets.
- Handle parent inquiries, counseling, and grievance management.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Monitor center revenue, expenses, and basic financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and updates.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school/education center management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
