Core Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections (e.g., fluid levels, electrical components, and paintwork).
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of PDI technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring repairs, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Vehicle Preparation: Supervise cleaning, detailing, and the installation of customer-requested accessories.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all inspections, repairs, and paperwork comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with sales, service, and logistics/stockyard departments to guarantee a seamless customer handover. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
