About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 4–5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, gathering business needs, and transforming complex data into meaningful dashboards and reports that support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Gather and analyze client/business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
· Develop customized Power BI reports based on client requirements and business objectives.
· Connect and integrate data from Microsoft 365 sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Azure, and other enterprise databases.
· Build and optimize data models using DAX and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
· Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query (M Language).
· Write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
· Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and adherence to best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to deliver scalable BI solutions.
· Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
· 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analytics.
· Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
· Experience gathering client requirements and converting them into functional dashboards and reports.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
· Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
Exposure to Power Platform solutions and enterprise reporting environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,346,314.22 per year
