- Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
- Location: Head Office, Ernakulam
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and hiring processes.
- Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while tracking recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
