Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and other food & beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and compliance with hotel service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate and monitor restaurant, banquet, and room service activities.
- Lead, motivate, and train service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in staff scheduling and duty roster preparation.
- Monitor table setup, service procedures, and outlet cleanliness.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor inventory of service equipment and operating supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support sales initiatives and upselling activities to maximize revenue.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate shift updates to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
