Role Overview
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting billing, taxation, and reporting activities within the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare sales invoices for 2-wheelers, accessories, and services
- Ensure proper documentation for each sale (customer details, GST, insurance, etc.)
- Coordinate with the sales team for accurate billing
2. Accounts Management
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Handle cash, bank, and ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly
3. Receivables & Payables
- Track customer payments and pending dues
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Manage vendor payments and invoices
6. Financial Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist in preparing profit & loss statements
- Support audits and financial reviews
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
