Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team at our plant. The ideal candidate will assist in the transformer tank designing and tank fabrication. This role involves hands-on involvement in the designing, as well as troubleshooting and quality inspection of transformer tank and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing of Oil cooled Power Transformers range of Up to 50 MVA 11kV & 132kV
- Making the manufacturing drawings of each part of the Transformer as per the Customer requirement.
- Assist in the transformers tank fabrication.
- Preparation of Fabrication Drawings Tank, Frame, Top cover, LV & HV Duct And Core Clamp etc.
- Support the production process by overseeing the mechanical aspects of transformer tank.
- Assist in maintaining and updating mechanical schematics, tanks diagrams, and technical documents for manufactured and repaired transformers.
- Aid in the setup, calibration, and operation of mechanical equipment to evaluate the performance of transformers.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on transformers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- AutoCAD/2D Designing Diploma/Certificate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in diagnosing tank failures.
- Knowledge of 2D design and can able to understand the diagram.
