Purpose of the Role:
To support and facilitate the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining communication channels, and ensuring smooth sales processes, ultimately contributing to achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should possess good communication skills. Assist the sales team by preparing sales-related documents, including proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
- Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments (such as logistics, finance, and customer service).
- Communicate with customers to follow up on orders, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy in sales records in CRM Systems.
- Prepare and generate regular sales reports for management, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Oversee the order-to-delivery process and update concern. Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and conferences with clients. Coordinate and organize sales events or promotions.
- Help the sales team meet targets by providing any necessary administrative support or resources.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
