Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing performance, tracking campaigns, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Admissions, Sales, CRM, and Creative teams to improve lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Performance & Analytics
Monitor and analyze performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, conversion rate, and ROI.
Identify high- and low-performing campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and publishers.
Provide recommendations to optimize campaign budgets and performance.
2. Lead & Conversion Analysis
Analyze leads generated through different digital channels, publishers, landing pages, and campaigns.
Track the complete lead journey from Lead → Application → Application Paid → Submitted → Verified → Enrollment/Admission.
Identify lead quality, drop-off points, and conversion trends.
Analyze source-wise and campaign-wise admission performance.
3. CRM & Data Analysis
Work with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared to extract and analyze lead and admission data.
Ensure accurate mapping of lead sources, campaigns, stages, and conversion data.
Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with CRM/technical teams for resolution.
Maintain data hygiene and ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
4. Reporting & Dashboards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Create dashboards and MIS reports for management.
Provide insights on campaign spending, lead generation, lead quality, applications, admissions, and ROI.
Present key findings and recommendations to the Digital Marketing and Admissions leadership.
5. Tracking & Attribution
Monitor tracking mechanisms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters.
Ensure proper attribution of leads and conversions to the respective marketing channels.
Identify tracking gaps and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them.
6. Landing Page & Funnel Analysis
Analyze landing page performance, traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and drop-offs.
Recommend improvements to landing pages and lead-generation forms.
Conduct A/B testing analysis where applicable.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
Track digital marketing trends and competitor campaigns.
Analyze competitor presence, messaging, keywords, offers, and digital strategies.
Provide insights to improve the university's digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience with CRM and lead-generation platforms, preferably LeadSquared.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of dashboards and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance marketing.
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
Experience in the education/EdTech sector is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The person should be able to convert raw campaign and CRM data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that help improve lead quality, admissions conversion, marketing efficiency, and ROI.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
