Job Description
DECOINN – Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations at Alamgir, Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day godown/warehouse operations.
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
- Ensure safe and organized storage of products.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and the office team.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as instructed.
- Check quantities and materials during receiving and dispatch.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the godown.
- Supervise and manage godown workers.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Godown Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor preferred.
- Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
