Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Electronics & Electrical (Pharma Machinery)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Electronics) to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pharmaceutical machinery and automation systems at SDH Naturals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with servo drives, PLCs, electrical panels, and sensors, ensuring smooth production operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for pharma production machinery and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair servo drives, PLC-based systems, VFDs, and control panels.
- Monitor and maintain electrical and electronic systems to ensure consistent machine performance.
- Work closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting output.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, service history, and spare parts usage.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow GMP, safety, and quality compliance.
- Liaise with vendors and external service providers for specialized support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of pharma or FMCG machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of servo drives, PLC programming/troubleshooting, automation systems, and electrical panels.
- Ability to diagnose faults quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and pharma manufacturing environments.
- Good teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.
