About the Company
Atelier Noua is an architecture and interior design firm based in Pune, specializing in premium residential, corporate, and commercial interiors. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who has worked in high-end interior execution and can ensure quality, detailing, and timely delivery of projects.
Role & Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects including civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution is done as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure the project timeline is followed.
High-End Interior Detailing
- Execute premium interior finishes such as veneer work, laminates, stone, metal finishes, glass work, and custom furniture.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and finishing standards for luxury interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers to resolve technical site challenges and detailing issues.
Vendor & Labour Management
- Manage site labour teams and subcontractors efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Ensure correct material usage and minimize wastage.
Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain premium interior standards.
- Ensure all work complies with design intent, safety guidelines, and construction standards.
Site Coordination
- Act as the point of coordination between design team, contractors, and client representatives.
- Provide daily or weekly progress updates to the project manager.
Site Measurements & Documentation
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare site reports.
- Verify materials received on site and maintain site inventory records.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work updates.
Safety & Site Discipline
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
- Maintain proper site organization and discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–6 years experience in interior site supervision.
- Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD interior drawings and working drawings.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability on site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
