Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospective students, managing admissions, and achieving enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and webinars when required.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
- Stay updated on courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, or EdTech sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
