Job Summary
Amzer Infra Projects is looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to improve safety performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
