Snapmint is looking for a Backend Engineer (SDE I) who enjoys solving real-world problems at scale and building reliable backend systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers and product managers to develop backend services powering Snapmint’s fintech platform.

What We’re Looking For:

BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field

1–3 years of backend development experience

Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript

Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

Good understanding of data structures and algorithms

Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices

Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures

Understanding of testing practices and automation

Contributions to open-source or personal GitHub projects are a plus
