Job Description
- Act as a liaison between students and potential employers to ensure successful placements.
- Demonstrate talent and skills in placement strategies, matching students with the right job opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to facilitate ongoing student placements.
- Conduct follow-up activities to track the success and satisfaction of students in their assigned roles.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to align placement strategies with the academic curriculum.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruiting and HR field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Ability to assess student skills, interests, and career goals to make suitable job placements.
- Master’s in Human Resource is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle student inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with the needs of both students and employers in the job placement process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
