- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with flight, hotel, and travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, vendors) to ensure quick resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of travel booking platforms or apps
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Good to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or BPO industry
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, ticketing systems, or chat support platforms
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
