A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers for HSE and Lifting Training courses over the phone to promote courses, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Prior experience in HSE or educational training institutes is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English – Mandatory, Hindi – Preferred, not mandatory)
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
