Responsibilities
- Manage software implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Work on Duck Creek applications such as Policy, Billing, Claims, and Author.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, schedules, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with business, technical, testing, and project teams.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
- Share regular project updates with relevant teams.
- Monitor project milestones and support timely delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Support process improvement activities.
- Ensure project work follows internal delivery standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall professional experience.
- 9+ years of project management experience in IT or insurance technology projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing Duck Creek projects.
- Experience with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, or Author modules.
- Experience in Property and Casualty insurance projects.
- Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing project reports and status updates.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Knowledge of Waterfall or hybrid project management methods.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Ability to coordinate with teams across different locations.
Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
