Dispatch & Delivery Management
- Focus on day-to-day delivery management and product delivery in coordination with the Operations department
- Manage daily dispatch and delivery activities
- Manage in-house delivery executives and assign daily delivery jobs
- Plan and optimize delivery routes
- Ensure on-time delivery of dental crowns, bridges, dentures, aligners, and other products to dentists
Team & Courier Coordination
- Supervise the delivery team and courier coordination
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
- Handle shipment tracking and resolve customer queries
Export & International Logistics
- Manage export dispatch documentation and courier coordination for US/UK shipments
- Handle customs and export documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Support import/export processes, which form a significant part of the role
Customer Coordination & Service Levels
- Coordinate with dentists/customers on specific delivery requirements
- Maintain delivery timelines and agreed service levels
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
