We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Loading and Unloading Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be the muscle behind our supply chain, responsible for manually moving, sorting, loading, and unloading freight, containers, and trailers. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizes safety above all else.
- Load & Unload: Manually load outbound trailers and unload inbound containers, trucks, or shipping vessels according to company standard operating procedures.
- Freight Sorting & Palletizing: Break down mixed shipments, sort merchandise by SKU/product code, stack items onto pallets, and secure them using shrink-wrap or banding.
- Quality & Accuracy Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for visible damage, verify piece counts against paperwork, and immediately report discrepancies to management.
- Space Optimization: Strategically stack and arrange cargo inside trailers to maximize space usage while ensuring load stability for transit.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate manual and motorized material handling equipment, including hand trucks, manual/electric pallet jacks, and dock plates.
- Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Keep loading docks, staging areas, and trailer interiors clean and free of hazards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
