Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer support calls for Amazon and Flipkart customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate product information and basic troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain detailed call records, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam & Telugu (at least 2 languages).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
