Job Summary
The Client Coordinator will act as the communication bridge between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth execution of social media campaigns, video shoots, and content calendars. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of social media workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients for day-to-day communication
- Understand client requirements related to social media branding, content creation, and video shoots
- Coordinate with internal teams including content creators, video editors, designers, and social media managers
- Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots, including schedules, locations, and client approvals
- Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely approvals from clients
- Track deliverables, timelines, and revisions to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Prepare client reports, updates, and presentations related to social media performance
- Maintain proper documentation of briefs, feedback, and approvals
- Support account managers in onboarding new clients and managing ongoing relationships
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Freshers can also apply
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or social media agency roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office; project management tools are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in a social media, digital marketing, or creative agency
- Basic understanding of video production workflows
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
