Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic applications, and nail extensions
- Create custom nail art designs based on client preferences and current trends
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools and workstations
- Consult with clients to recommend nail care treatments and designs
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
- Manage appointment schedule efficiently and arrive punctually
- Educate clients on proper at-home nail care and maintenance
- Maintain inventory of nail supplies and communicate restocking needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in gel, acrylic, dip powder, and nail art techniques
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and steady hand precision
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Social media savvy (for showcasing work and building a personal client following)
