Naya Hub is expanding! We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly, and dedicated Retail Counter Staff to manage our premium dry fruits, nuts, and seeds counter located in Unichira, Kochi.
As the face of our brand, you will welcome customers, showcase our premium products, and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers at the counter.
- Presenting, weighing, packing, and supplying dry fruits, nuts, and seeds.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter display.
- Managing daily counter operations during retail shift hours.
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass.
- Age: Open (Must be energetic and physically fit for active retail floor hours).
- Language: Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Skills: Friendly, patient, customer-focused attitude, and a warm demeanor.
