1. Visit 6-7 assigned families per day and deliver a 60-minute structured Kedorra session to one child per visit
2. Follow the Kedorra session protocol strictly — reading, art and craft, vocabulary, and confidence practice — adapted for each child’s age
3. Read the Child Profile Card before every first session with a new child and personalise accordingly
4. Send a personalised WhatsApp voice note to the parent within 10 minutes of every session
5. Fill in the Kedorra session log (Google Form) within 10 minutes of leaving every session
6. Check in with the coordinator via WhatsApp on arrival and departure — every session, no exception
7. Plan and conduct age-appropriate art and craft activities — keep the kit stocked and replenish as needed
8. Build a consistent, warm, and trusting relationship with each assigned child over time
9. Manage child resistance using the Kedorra Gentle Start Protocol — never force, never skip, never improvise outside the SOP
10. Report any parent concern, child distress signal, or session issue to the coordinator within 1 hour
11. Maintain professional, well-presented appearance at all times — you enter premium homes and represent Kedorra directly
12. Never photograph or film any child without explicit written parent consent
13. Never share personal contact details with any client family outside Kedorra channels
14. Attend all training sessions, monthly check-ins, and refresher programmes as scheduled
15. Comply with all Kedorra SOPs, the POSH policy, and child safety guidelines at all times
