Festivals From India is hiring for their client, Pune International Centre, for a Programme Manager who can support the planning and execution of cultural programmes and events. This role goes beyond conventional event management — it requires someone who understands the nuances of working with artists, speakers, patrons, and high-profile stakeholders, while ensuring that every programme is delivered thoughtfully and seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organised, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating dynamic on-ground situations with confidence and sensitivity. Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Event Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in programme management, partnerships, or event execution
Essential Experience:
- Background in cultural organisations, festivals, or similar environments.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and partner management.
- Proficiency in basic tools (Google Workspace, Excel, presentations).
- Familiarity with design tools or visual communication is an added advantage.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Event & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate directly with artists, speakers, collaborators, institutions, and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between artists, vendors, internal teams, leadership, and partners.
- Manage communication and coordination across all stages of programme planning and execution.
- Ensure artists, guests, and VIP stakeholders have a smooth and well-supported experience.
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of cultural programmes, talks, performances, and events.
- Manage schedules, logistics, timelines, run sheets, venue coordination, and on-ground operations.
- Oversee audience flow, guest management, and event experience during programmes.
- Anticipate challenges and respond quickly and effectively to on-ground requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery.
Operations & Process Management
- Create, maintain, and improve operational workflows, event SOPs, checklists, and documentation processes.
- Ensure internal coordination and communication systems are efficient and well-organised.
- Support process improvements that strengthen programme delivery and team collaboration.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
