Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Wireman with hands-on experience in industrial machine wiring and PLC panel connections. The candidate will be responsible for electrical wiring, sensor connections, and assisting in machine commissioning and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PLC wiring and I/O connections for industrial machines.
- Wiring and installation of Servo Motors and Servo Drives.
- Load Cell connection for force or weight measurement systems.
- Installation and wiring of RTD and Thermocouple sensors.
- Sensor wiring and signal connections to PLC input modules.
- Proper cable dressing, ferruling, and terminal block connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument wiring issues.
- Assist in machine commissioning, testing, and installation.
- Ensure safe and proper electrical wiring practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Knowledge of industrial machine wiring.
- Experience with PLC wiring and automation panels.
- Familiarity with PLC brands such as Siemens and Fatek.
- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and wiring layouts.
- Good troubleshooting skills for electrical and instrumentation wiring.
