The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role involves leading and supporting the housekeeping team, conducting inspections, managing assignments, monitoring service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments to deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
