Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in recruitment consulting/recruitment agencies and corporate hiring. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions, with a proven track record of hiring for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Technology roles, primarily at mid to executive levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Lead hiring initiatives across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based assessments, and interview coordination.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and hiring costs.
- Support strategic hiring projects, leadership hiring, and talent mapping initiatives.
Required Experience
- 7–9 years of overall Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong experience in hiring for: Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Technology/IT.
- Proven expertise in Mid-Level and Executive-Level hiring.
- Experience managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
