We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Counsellor / Telecaller to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, student counselling, education sales, admissions, or lead conversion and should be confident in handling a high volume of enquiries and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents.
- Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Handle objections and provide clear information about courses, fees and programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth enrollment.
- Follow up with old, pending and interested leads to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Experience in education sales / student counselling / telecalling / admissions will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
