Are you interested in delivering high-quality employee experiences and driving operational excellence? Do you enjoy combining HR service delivery with people insights to support a global workforce? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you!
Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
As part of our Global People & Organisation team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will manage UK employment contract administration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience through accurate documentation, compliance, and candidate coordination. You will also support the delivery of Qualtrics-based engagement, workplace assessment, and employee lifecycle surveys, working closely with HR, recruiters, and global stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely execution. In this role, you will help improve processes while enhancing the experience of both candidates and employees. You will report to the Vice president VP, Global Rewards, Mobility and GPS.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Manage end-to-end UK contract administration, including candidate folder creation, tracker maintenance, offer preparation, contract issuance, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate candidate communication and compliance activities, ensuring timely offer acceptance, collection of required documents, reference verification, and accurate record management.
- Support the administration and execution of Qualtrics surveys, including engagement, workplace assessment, and employee lifecycle surveys by working closely with the process owners to translate process requirements into practical system solutions. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Master Data, and global stakeholders to validate employee data, prepare uploads, and ensure the accuracy of survey participant information.
- Maintain and develop the Qualtrics platform, including system administration, data quality management, rollout of new features, creation of user documentation, and support for future integrations.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and process compliance across contract administration and employee listening initiatives, while supporting reporting, analytics, and stakeholder requirements.
Your Skills, Our Team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
Furthermore, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in employment contract administration, onboarding, and HR compliance, preferably in a UK or global environment.
- Exposure to employee survey platforms, with an interest in HR data and employee listening.
- Solid analytical skills, precision in detail, and a focus on continually improving processes.
- Solid English communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to engage productively with stakeholders across regions.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stay accountable for your responsibilities.
