Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, and interacting with online audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new strategies to improve engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and design teams to create promotional content.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and digital advertisements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid social media advertising.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
