Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Talent Craft India is a fast-growing online skill development platform focused on children aged 5–15 years. We offer courses in Chess, Rubik’s Cube, Abacus, Coding, and Public Speaking, helping students build essential life skills through interactive learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and video counseling
- Understand parents’ needs and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with parents
- Coordinate with operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling / Inside Sales experience
- CRM tool knowledge (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.)
- Good objection handling and closing skills
