Role: Center Manager / Lead – Yolabs

About Yolabs : We are building Bengaluru's leading robotics education network. As Center Manager, you'll run day-to-day operations and lead a small team of instructors at your center.What you'll do
- Manage 2–4 instructors at your center
- Handle student admissions, parent communication, and feedback
- Ensure classes run on time with full attendance
- Track monthly revenue, student strength, and report to founder
- Resolve instructor issues and report HR matters
- Maintain center quality and cleanliness
Who we're looking for
- Graduate with 1–3 years experience in education, edtech, or ops
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Organized — comfortable with schedules, reports, and follow-ups
- Has managed a small team before (even informally)
- Passionate about education and child development
