About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – International Sales to drive global B2B business development and expand our international customer base.
This role focuses on international B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development. It is not an export documentation, logistics, shipping, or EXIM operations role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, trade portals and networking.
- Conduct virtual meetings and sales presentations with overseas customers.
- Manage quotations, commercial negotiations and order closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor international market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales.
- Experience in International Sales or Export Business Development preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with customers across different international time zones.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on customer geography (shift rotation approximately every 15 days).
