Job Summary:
SAM PACKS & PACKAGING SOLUTIONS is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product discussions, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and business reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional client relationships and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
