Job Description:
We are hiring a sales counselor with experience in sales or face-to-face client interaction, preferably in the wellness and skin industry. Selected candidates will undergo 7–10 days of unpaid training in Chandigarh to understand company services, sales strategies, and client handling.
During the training period, stay and food will be arranged by the company in a PG, with a cost of ₹500 per day, which will be fully refunded on the last day of training after successful completion. After training, the candidate will be placed at our Bathinda branch for a full-time role and will be required to sign a 2-year service agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and handle client consultations
- Perform face-to-face sales and explain company services to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales records
- Coordinate with the team for smooth service delivery
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience in sales or face-to-face selling preferred
- Knowledge or background in wellness / skin industry is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Willing to attend 5–7 days training in Chandigarh
- Ready to work at Bathinda branch after training
