Job Summary:
The Restaurant Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant’s dining area. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, enforcing hygiene and safety regulations, and supporting the management team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise service staff including servers, hosts,.
· Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
· Monitor service like waiters , housekeeping , personal hygene & clean uniform .
· Coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
· Monitor and maintain quality control in customer service, food presentation, and cleanliness.
· Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Train and onboard new staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a restaurant.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
