We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. This role involves project bidding, client communication, and managing business opportunities in the IT domain. with 0 to 2years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc or any graduate degree
- Non-technical candidates can also apply (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills in English
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, documents, and presentations
- Handle client communication (calls, emails, meetings)
- Schedule and attend client meetings
- Coordinate with the technical team
- Manage projects and maintain client relationships
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)
- Proposal writing and bidding skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and grow
