We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive overall digital growth and website analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and rankings for targeted keywords and phrases.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with our business goals and target audience.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website structure, crawlability, and indexing.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO, including keyword integration and adherence to best practices.
- Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search engine rankings.
- Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development practices. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
