About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer calls professionally, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and converting potential customers into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Achieve assigned customer conversion and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow company processes and maintain professional communication standards.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach to customer conversations.
- Ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into sales.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
